Our Process

There are also certain things we do not, nor will ever do.  These are crucial guiding principles in our business – it makes us who we are!

There are certain things that we do within our processes – procedures and steps that we feel are integral to the final quality of the product.

This is about who we are, and why we do what we do, and also maybe why we don’t do some things.

 

 
 

This is about how our beliefs, principles, and personalities mold our business, and how our business represents who we are!

Like most people, there are some facets of our lives that are open to change and some lateral movement, and some areas where we are steadfast and uncompromising.

Two of these unwavering policies are, our environmental policy and our attention to detail and quality. These two principles form the fundamental core of who we are and what we believe in and are never open to compromise.

We believe that we live in an ever-changing world, with more and more pressure being placed on our finite resources. Now we may not be perfect or have all the answers, but we do feel that if we all can do just a little, it all adds up to something bigger.

For us as a family, attention to detail, is simply ingrained in our genetic makeup. Likewise we also only employ people who share a common ethos.

At times this is not always the most financially viable option. Some of our processes are more arduous and time costly.  However, we do what we do because we know it will make a far superior product.

Simply put, we believe in what we do!
